7 Easy Lifestyle Changes You Can Make Today

Drink Water Often

Meditate

Deep breath in, deep breath out. This increases the oxygen flow inside your body. Cells thrive in oxygenated environment. It’s pretty rare, that you get a chance to deep breath during your busy day. Hence dedicate some time to exclusively do this.

Exercise

Go to the gym every once in a while, or daily. Or take a run around your neighborhood. Even taking your dog for a walk is good. So long as it’s routine, about an hour, and is at least moderately active. Frequent and routine exercise.

Use Stairs Instead of Elevators

In your office, use the farthest restroom from your cubicle. My office is in the first floor; I often climb up to the third floor to use the restroom. Sweat a little, every day. Run, walk fast, climb up the stairs – just move!

Be Healthy

Eat at least one fruit a day and some greens. Staying healthy starts at your kitchen. Being too fat or skinny isn’t good for you. Your doctor can tell you if you are under or over weight. Exercise and the food you eat can change your weight, so keep that in mind.

Stay Clean

Everyone should have 1 shower per day. Have another if you have had a particularly hot or sweaty time. Put on an antiperspirant after your shower. Change your underwear and socks every day, too.

Read A Little Everyday

For some reason, it helps me talk better, ideas flow better, makes me listen to others analytically and reply meaningfully. I was not an avid reader until recently. It’s a practice for the brain to think clearly and communicate your thoughts flawlessly. By reading a little every day, you kind of train the brain on how to think.
